About Me

Clinical supervisor and professional consultant providing supervision and organizational support
  • I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with experience across mental health care, hospice and grief support, primary care, crisis services, and community-based programs. My work has spanned direct clinical care as well as supervisory and organizational leadership roles, providing a grounded understanding of both day-to-day clinical realities and the systems that shape them.

Across my career, I’ve collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, supervised clinicians, and strengthened documentation, workflows, and communication systems. I’ve supported teams in meeting Joint Commission standards and BHA- and Medicaid-aligned documentation requirements, with a focus on clarity, quality, and consistency in both clinical and operational practice.

This background informs a steady, reflective style of supervision and consultation—one that supports ethical decision-making, professional sustainability, and real-world effectiveness. I’ve seen how both people and systems function best when expectations are clear, support is consistent, and leadership remains grounded in humanity.

My commitment is to create supportive, growth-oriented spaces for practitioners and organizations through clinical supervision, consultation, systems development, training, and organizational writing.
