Clinical supervision, consulting, and practice development for mental health clinicians and organizations.

Supporting clinicians and practices in building sustainable systems, strengthening documentation, and navigating credentialing, billing, and compliance complexities.

Our Approach

Complex work deserves clarity, structure, and support.

Our approach integrates clinical expertise with operational systems in mental health practice. We understand what happens in the room with clients, as well as the documentation, workflows, credentialing, billing, and regulatory expectations that shape clinical practice.

We support clinicians at all stages, from those developing their clinical identity and building a practice, to those leading and managing systems within it. By bridging direct care experience with a systems-informed perspective, we help mental health practices operate with clarity, consistency, and sustainability.

About Me

Clinical supervisor and professional consultant providing supervision and organizational support
  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with experience across mental health practice and behavioral health systems. My work has spanned clinical care, supervision, and leadership, providing a grounded understanding of both clinical practice and the systems that support it.

I specialize in helping mental health clinicians and practices strengthen core systems, including documentation, supervision structures, workflows, and practice operations.

Across my career, I have supervised clinicians, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and led efforts to improve documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and communication systems. I have supported teams in meeting Joint Commission standards and BHA and Medicaid-aligned documentation requirements, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and clinical integrity.

This experience informs a steady, reflective approach to supervision and consultation—one that supports ethical decision-making, professional growth, and sustainable practice. I have seen that clinicians and systems function best when expectations are clear, support is consistent, and leadership remains grounded in the realities of clinical work.

My work focuses on helping mental health practitioners and organizations build practices that are both clinically sound and operationally effective through supervision, consultation, systems development, and training.
