Clinical supervision, consulting,
organizational development, and writing
for professionals and mission-driven organizations
seeking clarity, confidence, and sustainable systems.
Our Approach
Complex work deserves clarity, structure, and support.
Our approach integrates clinical insight with operational and organizational expertise. This combination allows us to understand what happens in the room with clients as well as what shapes the workflows, expectations, communication patterns, and policies that define the work. By bridging direct care experience with a system-wide perspective, we help clients build practices and programs that are ethically grounded and operationally sound.
What Sets Us Apart
Our work is shaped by clear principles that guide how we supervise, consult, and build systems.
Our services may be
a good fit if you are:

Managing communication challenges or misalignment across interdisciplinary teams
Strengthening documentation, workflows, or collaboration
Designing or refining programs, services, or integrated care pathways
Aligning policies, practice, and values during periods of growth or change
About Me
-
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with experience across mental health care, hospice and grief support, primary care, crisis services, and community-based programs. My work has spanned direct clinical care as well as supervisory and organizational leadership roles, providing a grounded understanding of both day-to-day clinical realities and the systems that shape them.
Across my career, I’ve collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, supervised clinicians, and strengthened documentation, workflows, and communication systems. I’ve supported teams in meeting Joint Commission standards and BHA- and Medicaid-aligned documentation requirements, with a focus on clarity, quality, and consistency in both clinical and operational practice.
This background informs a steady, reflective style of supervision and consultation—one that supports ethical decision-making, professional sustainability, and real-world effectiveness. I’ve seen how both people and systems function best when expectations are clear, support is consistent, and leadership remains grounded in humanity.
My commitment is to create supportive, growth-oriented spaces for practitioners and organizations through clinical supervision, consultation, systems development, training, and organizational writing.

This training provides a practical, systems-based overview of insurance credentialing and billing for mental health practices. Designed for practice owners, clinicians, and administrators, the course breaks down credentialing, enrollment, and the billing lifecycle, highlights common errors that lead to delays or denials, and offers clear strategies for navigating payer requirements with confidence. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how to build compliant, sustainable billing and credentialing processes that support both access to care and practice viability.
